I love the cafe, your ideas are just awesome and interesting and creative. Really cool. I'd say you just need to take some more time making sure everything looks perfect. You get into 1st year and Tom will NOT let you slide with those ellipsis. They have to be perfect. Make sure ALL your lines work with persepective. Nothing is floating. There are a few things that are. The idea and placement of the ellipsises (is that plural of ellipsis?) are great, but they aren't in perspective. Also watch your line quality. The lines are too sketchy. In any case, your layouts are waaay fucking better than the shit I do.Even now. My perspective is great because I work hours on it, but your ideas are better and that's something that's harder to learn.
The guy with the sword doesn't look like his legs are connected to his body, I like the other guy though. When doing characters figure out posing and like...pose them out naked before you do any costume design so you now what everything looks like under. Then do the costume after that on top. You have to know what's happening under.
